“I’m so glad we had this time together, just to have a laugh or sing a song...”  For those of us who remember Carol Burnett, she ended her weekly TV show with this song along with a tug on her left ear in tribute to her grandmother. It is with sadden hearts that we at da Capo hum this melody as we packed up after nearly four years of sharing our lives, fare and hearts with you, we close our doors the end of March, 2010.

 We thank you for the privilege of getting to know you, serving you and many times, working along side you. We also thank our God for allowing us to have served Him by serving you. We don’t always see around the next bend on this path of life, but we know God has a plan for each of us and He will reveal Himself to us as we keep faithfully serving Him. It is our prayer that through our testimony, you will also put your trust in Jesus Christ."…seems we just get started and before you know it, comes the time we have to say ‘so-long.’”

Old Friends Reunite Over a Cup of Tea
Owners Bunnie Foster and Kathy Walker were elementary age when they first met at church. They became fast friends. They were maid of honor and matron of honor in each other’s weddings. Family and job responsibilities took them separate ways, but they stayed in touch through the years. One evening over dinner, Bunnie sharied her love of tea and serving women's groups. Kathy revealed her love of cooking and a desire to have a small place. Together they created da Capo teas & eatery. Now, you can experience their joint loves and share in their story...over a cup of tea...
